A 270 acre development with an 18-hole golf course (designed by Graham Cook) as well as 200 residential homes. Located near the renowned Saint-Sauveur ski resort. The golf-course and the clubhouse were completed in 1993, and are already in operation, with more than 200 members. The residential phase is currently under development, with more than 100 homes already constructed and sold.
