Director of Business Development is in charge of the choice, terms and structuring of financial vehicles linked to Carlyle Development's real estate activity. He then positions the vehicles in order to select the best ways to raise money for them. He is also in charge of investor relations including the reporting.
He has raised money in the past for a Bahamian fund listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange in Europe the Middle-East and Japan. The fund manager was based in New York and active in U.S. real estate
He is advisor for Foreign Trade to the Belgian Government.
Mr. Flammang received his B.A. in Applied Economics in 1987 from ICHEC in Brussels. He is a candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
