A 300 acre development, master-planned for approx. 700 single-family homes, which were originally part of a larger 1,200 acre master-planned project called Whitstone. The project consisted of the development of infrastructure and sales and marketing of single-family lots to local builders. More than 450 lots, with sales of approx. $10,000,000 were developed through the end of 2001, with a balance of 250 lots remaining.
