ESQ. Group’s Counsel, Partner and Founder of the New York City law firm of Berliner & Pilson, has more than twelve years experience in Real Estate Investment, Development and Finance. He holds a Law Degree (J.D.) from Touro Law School, Huntington, NY, and is a graduate of University of Miami with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Finance. He established the law firm of Berliner & Pilson in 1987, which has represented some of the most influential real estate organizations in New York City. In addition to his contribution as CDG’s counsel, he has arranged for debt and equity financing, as well as personal capital contribution on the majority of transactions completed by CDG since 1992.
