7300 Bissonnet Road, Houston, Texas. PMDC is the sole managing general partner of Houston Kingsgate Limited Partnership, which purchased the property in December, 1988 all in cash. The property consisted of two adjacent apartment complexes totaling 312 units of one to three bedroom apartments. The property was divested with substantial profit in 1996.
