Rick Murphy became General Manager of Jamestown Mall in Mid-April of 2008, following Tony Stephens when he relocated to Crestwood Court. Jamestown Mall is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle and owned by Carlyle Development Group. Rick Murphy has over 30 years experience in the shopping center industry in the capacity of management, leasing and construction. His previous responsibilities include leasing manager with The Mills Corporation at St. Louis Mills and leased other St. Louis Shopping Centers for Westfield Corporation. Rick has managed several regional malls for various Mall Developers throughout the country. Specifically Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth and Plaza Frontenac in St. Louis MO, prior to that Rick spent approximately 10 years designing and building both interior mall stores and shopping centers within the industry. He has an associate's degree in architectural design and construction from Meramec College.
